Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, March 1, 2021, the committee commenced its study on the safety and security of passengers required to stay in federally mandated quarantine facilities and at home under federal quarantine orders.

The Ministers made statements and, with John Ossowski, Brenda Lucki and Iain Stewart, answered questions.

At 5:56 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:57 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Isaac I. Bogoch, Harpreet S. Kochhar, Denis Vinette and Sorab Rupa made statements and, with Brigitte Diogo, Cindy Evans and Calvin Christiansen, answered questions.

At 7:56 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
