Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(c)(viii) and the motion adopted by the committee on Thursday, October 8, 2020, the committee continued its study of the Nuctech security equipment contract.

Charles Burton, Christian Leuprecht, David Mulroney, and Stephanie Carvin made statements and, with Ward Elcock, answered questions.

At 5:17 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:24 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

ORDERED, — That, with regard to the confidential correspondence discussed by the committee, the clerk prepare a letter to the Procurement Ombudsman and the Public Sector Integrity Commissioner transmitting the correspondence to them for their consideration and request that each respond if and when appropriate.

At 6:32 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
