Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 19, 2020, the committee resumed its study of the implementation of Mi’kmaq Treaty Fishing Rights to support a moderate livelihood.

Sterling Belliveau made a statement and, with Michael Dadswell, Melanie Sonnenberg and Gary Hutchins, answered questions.

At 5:43 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
