Pursuant to Standing Order 81(4), the committee commenced consideration of the Main Estimates 2021-22: Vote 1 under Office of the Commissioner of Lobbying, Vote 1 under Office of the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Commissioner, Votes 1 and 5 under Offices of the Information and Privacy Commissioners of Canada and Vote 1 under Office of the Senate Ethics Officer, referred to the committee on Thursday, February 25, 2021.

The Chair called Vote 1 under Offices of the Information and Privacy Commissioners of Canada.

Daniel Therrien made a statement and answered questions.

At 11:56 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:00 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 12:37, pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the committee continue to sit.
