Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, the committee commenced its study of processing capacity.

Frédéric Seppey made a statement and, with Theresa Iuliano, Tammy Switucha and Sheryl Groeneweg, answered questions.

At 4:29 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:36 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Martin Scanlon, Michael Graydon and Jean-Sébastien Gascon made statements and answered questions.

At 5:29 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
