Pursuant to the order of reference of Tuesday, May 26, 2020, the Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, the committee resumed its study of Business Risk Management programs.

Bernie McClean, Larry Martine and Rick Bergmann made statements and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

At 2:56 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 3:02 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Jan VanderHout, Brian Gilroy, Andy Kuyvenhoven and Jenneth Johanson made statements and, with the other witness, answered questions.

At 4:01 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
