Bill C-48, An Act respecting the regulation of vessels that transport crude oil or persistent oil to or from ports or marine installations located along British Columbia's north coast| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Wednesday, October 4, 2017, your Committee has considered Bill C-48, An Act respecting the regulation of vessels that transport crude oil or persistent oil to or from ports or marine installations located along British Columbia's north coast, and agreed on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, to report it with the following amendment: Clause 6 That Bill C-48, in Clause 6, be amended by adding after line 10 on page 4 the following: “(3) After making an order under subsection (1), the Minister must make it accessible to the public on the Internet or by any other means that he or she considers appropriate.” |
