Development of a National Pharmacare Program
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, March 7, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the development of a national pharmacare program.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of Bill S-5, an Act to amend the Tobacco Act and the Non-Smokers' Health Act and to make consequential amendments to other acts, the work plan prepared by the analysts be adopted.

At 5:28 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
