Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, April 16, 2018, the Committee commenced its study of the impacts of methamphetamine abuse in Canada.

Suzy McDonald made a statement and, with Trevor Bhupsingh, Michelle Boudreau, Paul Beauchesne and Kimberly Lavoie, answered questions.

At 10:00 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:03 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Damon Johnston, Ginette Poulin, Matthew Young and Sheri Fandrey, by videoconference from Winnipeg, Manitoba, made statements and answered questions.

At 10:51 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
