Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Tuesday, November 6, 2018, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-86, A second Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on February 27, 2018 and other measures.

Derrick Hynes, Adam Brown, Frank Allen, Marian Passmore, Phil Benson, Mark Hennessy, Erin Hannah and Ian Lee made statements and answered questions.

At 10:00 a.m., the Hon. Pierre Poilièvre took the Chair.

At 10:10 a.m., the Hon. Wayne Easter took the Chair.

It was agreed on division, — That a proposed budget in the amount of $ 30,100.00, for the study of Bill C-86, A second Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on February 27, 2018 and other measures, be adopted.

Questioning of the witnesses resumed.

At 10:47 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
