Pursuant to Standing Orders 110 and 111, the Committee commenced consideration of the Order in Council appointment of Nada Seeman to the position of Director of the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada, referred to the Committee on Thursday, March 22, 2018.

Nada Semaan made a statement and answered questions.

Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Monday, January 29, 2018, the motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, and section 72 of the Proceeds of Crime and Terrorist Financing Act, the Committee resumed the statutory review of the Act.

Barry MacKillop and Nada Semaan answered questions.

At 10:20 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
