At 10:17 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 10:25 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Jean de Dieu Tuyishime, Tom Hoefer, John Rowe, Trevor Wever, Caroline Wawzonek, Bertha Rabesca Zoe and Bill Erasmus made statements and, with Gary Vivian, answered questions.
