Pursuant to Standing Orders 110 and 111, the Committee commenced consideration of the Order in Council appointment of the the Honourable Stéphane Dion to the position of Special Adviser to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, referred to the Committee on Friday, February 24, 2017.

Hon. Stéphane Dion made a statement and answered questions.

At 9:41 a.m., the sitting was suspended.
