Election of Chair
Pursuant to Standing Order 106(1), the Committee met for the purpose of electing a Chair. Pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the Clerk of the Committee presided over the election of a Chair.

On motion of Darren Fisher, it was agreed, — That John Aldag be elected Chair of the Committee.

John Aldag took the Chair.

Election of Vice-Chairs
Pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the Clerk of the Committee proceeded to the election of Vice-Chairs.

On motion of Joël Godin, it was agreed, — That the Hon. Mike Lake be elected First Vice-Chair of the Committee.

On motion of Darren Fisher, it was agreed, — That Wayne Stetski be elected Second Vice-Chair of the Committee.

At 3:36 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 3:40 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

Committee Business
The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 4:31 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
