Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, October 25, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of a potential agreement between Canada and the Pacific Alliance.

Andrew Dixon, by videoconference from Saint John, New Brunswick, made a statement and, with Hassan Yussuff and Angella MacEwen, answered questions.

At 9:43 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:49 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Adriana Vega, René Roy and Martin Lavoie made statements and, with Gary Stordy, answered questions.

At 10:46 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
