Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of systemic racism and religious discrimination.

Faisal Khan Suri, Aurangzeb Qureshi, Karim Achab and Yasmine Mohammed made statements and answered questions.

At 4:33 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:36 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Yvan Clermont and Rebecca Kong made statements and answered questions.

At 5:19 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:20 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a report.

At 5:30 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 5:36 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
