Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the non-tariff trade barriers to the sale of agricultural products in relation to Free Trade Agreements.

Brett Halstead and Brian Innes made statements and, with Catherine Scovil, answered questions.

At 12:00 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:10 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Tia Loftsgard, Wallace Hamm and Dennis Laycraft made statements and answered questions.

At 12:59 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
