Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, September 29, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of mental health and suicide prevention among veterans.

Col Rakesh Jetly made a statement and answered questions.

At 4:37 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:43 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Marvin Westwood, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia, made a statement.

At 4:58 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
