Instructions for CEPA Submissions

On 10 May 2006, the House of Commons Standing Committee on Environment and Sustainable Development commenced its statutory review of the Canadian Environmental Protection Act 1999.

After a preliminary scoping exercise, the Committee has decided to focus on a number of specific topics using a round table approach. The suggested topics and a tentative meeting schedule outline are available on this Web site.

Witnesses are therefore encouraged to organise themselves, if possible, so that the most appropriate representative is present.
