M-580 Prevention of miscarriages of justice

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should develop an action plan on the prevention of miscarriages of justice that includes implementation of the recommendations of the 2005 Report on the Prevention of Miscarriages of Justice by the Federal-Provincial-Territorial Heads of Prosecutions Committee Working Group, and further consider these recommendations in light of the 2011 follow-up report "The Path to Justice: Preventing Wrongful Convictions".
