M-161 Iran Revolutionary Guard Corps

Motion Text
That, in the opinion of the House, the Iran Revolutionary Guard Corps has been engaged in the pursuit of nuclear weapons, global terrorism, state-sanctioned incitement to genocide and mass domestic repression of human rights in Iran; and that the government should list the Iran Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist entity according to the Anti-Terrorism Act and related legislation, as well as take all necessary measures to apply sanctions to the group and associated individuals, including asset freezes and travel bans.
