M-91 Great Lakes Fishery Commission

Motion Text
That, in the opinion of the House, the government should: (a) recognize that a primary objective of the Convention on Great Lakes Fisheries between Canada and the United States of America is the fostering and maintenance of productive and meaningful cross-border working relationships; and (b) immediately initiate a machinery of government change that would transfer all fiduciary functions relating to the Great Lakes Fishery Commission from the Department of Fisheries and Oceans to Global Affairs Canada.
