Motion Text
That, in the opinion of the House, the government should support steps to recognize February 29, leap-year-day, as a day dedicated to community revitalization by declaring it a national working holiday, thereby setting aside one unique day in every four years as a day for individuals, organizations and businesses to serve their communities.
