M-158 Pledge for persons in authority and a position of trust working with athletes

Motion Text
That, in the opinion of the House, the government should mandate all persons in authority and a position of trust who work with athletes to sign an annual pledge recognizing their duty of care to athletes, human rights, athlete rights, and the protections to which they are entitled.
