M-134 Formal apology to athletes

Motion Text
That, in the opinion of the House, after completing the Future of Sport in Canada Commission and understanding the breadth and depth of the damage and hurt caused by a sport system that has failed athletes and other participants, the Prime Minister should formally apologize for that damage and hurt.
