M-56 Canadians with Disabilities Act

Motion Text
That, in the opinion of the House, the government should use the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities as the blueprint for its announced Canadians with Disabilities Act, and that said Act shall serve as implementation legislation for the Convention within Canada.
