M-132 Duty to inform and assist Canadian Armed Forces personnel

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should legislate its duty to meaningfully inform and assist serving Canadian Armed Forces personnel, released members, and their families, in understanding the various benefits and services to which they may be entitled, no matter how extreme their disabilities or their loss.
