M-265 Canada Elections Act

Motion Text

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should propose amendments to the Canada Elections Act to limit the amount registered political parties may spend on partisan advertising before a writ period to an amount not exceeding that which the law allows for “Third Party” advertising during an election period, as provided for in sections 350 and 414 of the Act.
