The Standing Committee on Human Resources Development has the honour to present its

FIRST REPORT

In accordance with its Order of Reference of Friday, March 8, 1996, your Committee has considered Bill C-3, An Act to amend the Canada Labour Code (nuclear undertakings) and to amend and repeal certain related Acts, and has agreed to report it without amendment.

A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings relating to this Bill (Issue No. 1, which includes the report) is tabled.
