Electoral Reform
That should the Government table legislation designed to amend the Canadian election system, the Special Committee on Electoral Reform be re-constituted in accordance with the terms set out in the House Order of June 7, 2016, with respect to its membership, quorum, substitutions, its Chair and Vice-Chairs, and its powers;

That the routine motions respecting committee business adopted on June 21 and 29, 2016, by the previous Special Commitee on Electoral Reform, be deemed adopted, provided that the Committee may modify these motions as required; and,

That the Special Committee's adoption of this motion be reported to the House by November 30, 2016.
A copy of the relevant Minutes of Proceedings (Meeting No. 52) is tabled.
