| In accordance with its Order of Reference of Monday, February 23, 2015, your Committee has considered Bill C-51, An Act to enact the Security of Canada Information Sharing Act and the Secure Air Travel Act, to amend the Criminal Code, the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act and the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and to make related and consequential amendments to other Acts, and agreed on Tuesday, March 31, 2015, to report it with the following amendments: | Conformément à son Ordre de renvoi du lundi 23 février 2015, votre Comité a étudié le projet de loi C-51, Loi édictant la Loi sur la communication d'information ayant trait à la sécurité du Canada et la Loi sur la sûreté des déplacements aériens, modifiant le Code criminel, la Loi sur le Service canadien du renseignement de sécurité et la Loi sur l'immigration et la protection des réfugiés et apportant des modifications connexes et corrélatives à d'autres lois, et a convenu le mardi 31 mars 2015, d’en faire rapport avec les amendements suivants : |

| That Bill C-51, in Clause 2, be amended by (a) replacing line 29 on page 3 with the following: | Que le projet de loi C-51, à l’article 2, soit modifié : a) par substitution, à la ligne 37, page 3, de ce qui suit : |
“For greater certainty, it does not include” | « de défense d’une cause, de protestation, » |
| (b) replacing lines 19 to 24 on page 5 with the following: | b) par substitution, aux lignes 21 à 27, page 5, de ce qui suit : |
“6. For greater certainty, the use and further disclosure, other than under this Act, of information that is disclosed under subsection 5(1) is neither authorized nor prohibited by this Act, but must be done in accordance with the law, including any legal requirements, restrictions and prohibitions.” | « 6.
