Petition to the House of Commons

Whereas:
  • The current administration has failed to address key issues affecting Canadians, such as economic stability, healthcare, and public trust in government institutions;
  • There has been a noticeable lack of transparency, accountability, and responsiveness to the public's needs and demands; and
  • The governance has not adequately represented the diverse voices and needs across our nation.
We, the undersigned, Citizens of Canada, call upon the House of Commons to:
1. Dissolve the current Parliament and call for new elections, ensuring that the new government will better reflect the will and needs of Canadians;
2. Ensure transparency and accountability in all government actions, with a particular focus on ethical governance, financial management, and policy-making that directly impacts the quality of life for all Canadians;
3. Reform the electoral process to increase democratic participation and representation, possibly including measures for more direct democracy or better representation of minority groups; and
4. Address immediate public concerns such as the housing crisis, healthcare accessibility, and environmental policies, with urgency and with the public's input at the forefront.
