Whereas:

• The ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine is a grave violation of international law and is an ongoing conflict;
• The Government of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine have requested additional munitions to continue fighting a defensive war against Russia;
• The Armed Forces of Ukraine requested in November 2023 the donation of Canada's 83,000 discontinued surplus CRV7 rockets; and
• The Government of Canada is planning for the decommission and disposal of Canada's discontinued surplus CRV7 rockets by the Canadian Armed Forces.

Therefore:

• We, the undersigned citizens and residents of Canada, call upon the Minister of Defence, to donate the 83,000 discontinued surplus CRV7 rockets to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the use of Ukraine's military defense against Russia's aggressive and illegal war.
