- Terri-Lynne McClintic was convicted of first-degree murderer in the horrific abduction, rape and murder of eight-year-old Tori Stafford;
- Terri-Lynne McClintic was moved from a secure facility to a healing lodge without fences, and where the government has confirmed the presence of children;
- Terri-Lynne McClintic is not eligible for parole until 2031; and
- The Okimaw Ochi Healing Lodge lacks the necessary security measures to ensure the safety of local citizens in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan, or the surrounding areas.
