We, the undersigned citizens and residents of Canada, draw your attention to the genocide being carried out by Israel in Gaza.

Whereas: the House adopted a motion with a majority support on March 18, 2024, on Canada's actions to promote peace in the Middle East, to support the prosecution of all crimes and violations of international law committed in the region.

Therefore: we, the undersigned citizens and residents of Canada, call upon the government of Canada to:

• Use every tool at its disposal - diplomatic, military and political sanctions, and supporting prosecutions for war crimes to end Israel's genocide in Palestine;
• Pressure Israel to ensure a permanent ceasefire is obtained;
• Pressure Israel to ensure an end to the siege of Gaza, with immediate and unrestricted aid to starving Palestinians; and
• End Canadian complicity in the genocide, including by imposing a two-way arms embargo on Israel, including arms being sent via the U.S.
