M-628 Middle East

That the House: (a) call on all countries in the Middle East to respect the rights and freedoms of all religious minorities, including Christians, the Baha’i, Jews, the Druze, Zoroastrians, Jehovah’s Witnesses, minority Muslim communities such as Ismaili and Ahmadi Muslims; and (b) call on the government to join with members of the international community to advance the cause of religious tolerance, pluralism, and inclusion in the Middle East.
