M-54 Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities

That, in the opinion of the House, the government should immediately sign, ratify, and implement the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in its entirety, with no reservations.
