Champagne (ministre de l’Innovation, des Sciences et de l’Industrie), appuyé par M. Hussen (ministre du Développement international), — Que le projet de loi C-34, à l'article 4, soit modifié :
(a) by replacing lines 2 and 3 on page 3 with the following:	a) par substitution, aux lignes 4 et 5, page 3, de ce qui suit :
“notice for review under section 15 within 45 days after the certified date referred to in paragraph (a) or within the prescribed period,”	« dans les quarante-cinq jours suivant la date de réception visée à l'alinéa a) ou dans le délai réglementaire. »
