At 12:19 p.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 12:26 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.
It was agreed, — That the Committee send a letter to the Minister of Justice with regard to those sections of the Criminal Code that have been struck down or are inoperative.
It was agreed, — That three (3) members of the Committee attend the Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference on the Rule of Law and Human Rights in London, United Kingdom, on January 24-25, 2017, and that the clerk prepare a draft budget.
At 12:41 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
