Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of the impact of the rapid increase of the striped bass in the Miramichi River and the Gulf of St. Lawrence.

Doug Bliss and Serge Doucet made statements and answered questions.

At 4:37 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:40 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Bill Taylor, Chief George H. Ginnish, Mark Hambrook, Deborah Norton, John Pugh, by teleconference from Fredericton, New Brunswick, and John Bagnall, by teleconference from Pass-a-Grille, Florida, made statements and answered questions.

At 5:50 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:55 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analysts for a report.

At 6:25 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
