On motion of Larry Maguire, it was agreed, — That the Clerk forward written questions submitted by Larry Maguire to the Department of Citizenship and Immigration and to the Department of Employment and Social Development for responses.
Questioning of the witnesses resumed.
On motion of Jenny Kwan, it was agreed, — That the Committee hold a briefing session with representatives from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada on the changes to the caregiver program.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, March 1, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of migration challenges and opportunities for Canada in the 21st century.
Questioning of the witnesses resumed.
At 5:59 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.
On motion of Jenny Kwan, it was agreed, — That the Committee hold a briefing session with representatives from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada to discuss the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot.
Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, March 1, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of migration challenges and opportunities for Canada in the 21st century.
