At 9:48 a.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 9:51 a.m., the sitting resumed in camera.
It was agreed, — That in relation to the study on the State of Canadian Museums, two to three meetings be held on June 9, 14 and 16, 2016.
It was agreed, — That the Committee travel to Kamloops (British Columbia), Whitehorse (Yukon), Yellowknife (Northwest Territories), Edmonton (Alberta), and Brandon (Manitoba), from September 19, 2016 to September 22, 2016, in relation to its study on the Media and Local Communities.
It was agreed, — That the Committee travel to St. John's (Newfoundland and Labrador), Sackville (Nova Scotia), Granby (Quebec), Iqualuit (Nunavut) and Windsor (Ontraio), from September 26, 2016 to September 29, 2016, in relation to its study on the Media and Local Communities.
It was agreed, — That the Clerk of the Committee, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a draft budget respecting the Committee's proposed travel to Kamloops (British Columbia), Whitehorse (Yukon), Yellowknife (Northwest Territories), Edmonton (Alberta), Brandon (Manitoba), St. John's (Newfoundland and Labrador), Sackville (Nova Scotia), Granby (Quebec), Iqualuit (Nunavut) and Windsor (Ontraio), in relation to its study of Media and Local Communities, for consideration by the Committee.
At 10:38 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
