June 1, 2015 — Mr. Cash (Davenport) — That it be an instruction to the Standing Committee on Finance that it have the power to expand the scope of Bill C-59, An Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on April 21, 2015 and other measures, in order to provide for a mandatory financial code of conduct that would protect consumers by banning all pay-to-pay practices by banks operating in Canada.

M-615 — June 1, 2015 — Mr. Aubin (Trois-Rivières) — That, in the opinion of the House, the government should adopt an emergency plan to assist and support the victims of pyrrhotite, including: (a) improvements to the quality standards for concrete aggregates; (b) prompt introduction of tax deductions for pyrrhotite testing, in cooperation with the Quebec government; and (c) funding to provide victims with the amounts awarded by the courts as legal proceedings continue.
