October 14, 2013 — The Minister of Transport — Bill entitled “An Act to enact the Aviation Industry Indemnity Act, to amend the Aeronautics Act, the Canada Marine Act, the Marine Liability Act and the Canada Shipping Act, 2001 and to make consequential amendments to other Acts”. 14 octobre 2013 — Le ministre des Transports — Projet de loi intitulé « Loi édictant la Loi sur l'indemnisation de l'industrie aérienne et modifiant la Loi sur l'aéronautique, la Loi maritime du Canada, la Loi sur la responsabilité en matière maritime, la Loi de 2001 sur la marine marchande du Canada et d'autres lois en conséquence ».

His Excellency the Governor General recommends to the House of Commons the appropriation of public revenue under the circumstances, in the manner and for the purposes set out in a measure entitled “An Act to enact the Aviation Industry Indemnity Act, to amend the Aeronautics Act, the Canada Marine Act, the Marine Liability Act and the Canada Shipping Act, 2001 and to make consequential amendments to other Acts”. Son Excellence le Gouverneur général recommande à la Chambre des communes l'affectation de deniers publics dans les circonstances, de la manière et aux fins prévues dans une mesure intitulée « Loi édictant la Loi sur l'indemnisation de l'industrie aérienne et modifiant la Loi sur l'aéronautique, la Loi maritime du Canada, la Loi sur la responsabilité en matière maritime, la Loi de 2001 sur la marine marchande du Canada et d'autres lois en conséquence ».
