THE STANDING COMMITTEE ON has the honour to present its SECOND REPORT Pursuant to its mandate under Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, September 29, 2011, the Committee has studied commemorative celebrations in the twenty-first century and has agreed to report the following: |
