| (a) establishing a national securities commission, because establishing such a commission would constitute an intolerable intrusion into Quebec’s jurisdiction, and the current passport system functions very well; and | a) mettre en place une commission pancanadienne des valeurs mobilières puisque la mise en place d’une telle commission constituerait une intrusion inacceptable dans les champs de compétence du Québec et que le système actuel de passeports fonctionne très bien; et |
