April 24, 2008 — Mr. Cardin (Sherbrooke) — That, in the opinion of the House, the government should, with regard to the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP): (1) provide parliamentarians with all available information on the SPP process and objectives, and (2) make any decision to go ahead with the establishment of the SPP conditional on a vote in the House of Commons.
