M-454 — February 13, 2008 — Mr. Martin (Winnipeg Centre) — That, in the opinion of the House, the government should introduce regulations that would increase the sales level threshold, at which small businesses are not required to register for GST purposes, from the current $30,000 to $100,000 of annual gross sales.
M-455 — February 13, 2008 — Mr. Martin (Winnipeg Centre) — That, in the opinion of the House, the government should recognize the rising costs associated with funeral arrangements and immediately introduce regulations to lessen this burden by zero-rating the GST on all goods and services associated with funeral arrangements.

M-183 — October 16, 2007 — Mr. Boshcoff (Thunder Bay—Rainy River) — That, in the opinion of the House, the government should implement a policy, which is consistent with North American Free Trade Agreement and World Trade Organization policies and guidelines, to mandate Canadian content levels for public transportation projects, and to ensure that public funds are used to provide the best value to Canadians by supporting domestic supplier and labour markets.
