| M-239 — October 25, 2006 — Mrs. Gallant (Renfrew—Nipissing—Pembroke) — That, in the opinion of the House, the Minister of Health should use his authority under the Canada Health Act to exempt individuals, who are excluded under the Canada Health Act as a result of their having health insurance covered under other legislated programs, from paying premiums to provincial or territorial health insurance plans. |
