MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS
Meeting No. 1
Tuesday, December 10, 2002
The Subcommittee on Public Service Renewal of the Standing Committee on Government Operations and Estimates met in camera at 11:20 a.m. this day, in Room 308, West Block, the Co-Chair, Roy Cullen, presiding.
Members of the Sub-Committee present: Roy Cullen, Paul Forseth, Liza Frulla and Robert Lanctôt.
In attendance: From the Library of parliament: Jack Stilborn, Analyst. From the Committees Directorate: Lisa Chartier-Derouin, Co-clerk.
It was agreed, - That the Subcommittee undertake a study on the theme of “A Modern and Accountable Public Service”.
It was agreed, - That the Committee adopt the proposed workplan.
It was agreed, - That the Committee hold meetings Mondays at 5:30 p.m., beginning after the winter break.
At 11:39 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
